The initial idea must pass through the filter of building regulations, of the client’s financial availability, of mediation with the client’s tastes and desires, of the specific sector regulations that affect the project, of the collaborative relationship that can be established with the company, with the constraints given by the installers, by the structural engineers, at the end of all this if the building product expresses the initial idea then that is architecture, otherwise it is only technique, it is construction.

Mandatory when: There is more than one executing company (even if not simultaneously).

2. Execution Safety Coordinator (CSE)

Role: Monitors compliance with the PSC during the execution of works, coordinates companies and verifies safety on the construction site.

Mandatory when: Again, only if multiple companies (contractors or subcontractors) operate.
