I am a person with a passion for beauty and landscape.
This passion creates a project, we are worthy of the name we bear if, once the project is concluded, at least a part of the initial passion is identifiable in the final realization.
It is the initial idea that characterizes us, and it is what remains of this idea at the end of the project realization process that makes the difference between architecture and construction.
The initial idea must pass through the filter of building regulations, of the client’s financial availability, of mediation with the client’s tastes and desires, of the specific sector regulations that affect the project, of the collaborative relationship that can be established with the company, with the constraints given by the installers, by the structural engineers, at the end of all this if the building product expresses the initial idea then that is architecture, otherwise it is only technique, it is construction.

It is the idea that distinguishes me, that makes me unique. It took me years to train myself to have this way of seeing. When they ask me, can you give me an idea? A sketch is enough! As if to say what do you want a sketch to be, you can even give it to me, it takes you very little to do it! But that sketch that I take very little (relative concept) to do, is the result of years of study and application without which I would not be able to draw anything. It is the initial sketch and the idea that is at the base that makes a project an architectural project, everything else is practice and technique.
My humanistic education has its roots in the classical high school that gave me the freedom to choose a technical-artistic university without apparently having any basis to be able to do so.
It was an exciting journey that led me to become passionate about the world of gardens and landscape by following the courses of Prof. A. Maniglio Calcagno and graduating with her with a thesis on the gardens of the English villas of Bordighera: it was the English who created the image of the Ligurian Riviera, a succession of villas and palm trees and exotic and rare plants that from Levante to Ponente between the end of the 19th and the early years of the 20th century have characterized, and still characterize, Liguria. It was my imprinting on the world of greenery, gardens, landscape.
My path has led me to deal with various aspects of architecture, always applying, where possible, the search for dialogue with the landscape.
